The first is the adjustment mechanism of the entire axial direction of the rolling mill, which is mainly a mechanism that uses the shaft sleeve and the universal coupling to connect with each other. It is more commonly used to adjust the external axial direction. Because the pressed nut and the pressed nut of the spherical pad are connected with each other using the most standard screws and bearing housings, so that the pressed nuts cannot rotate with the opposite bearing housings, so only when the pull rod is rotated, the pressed nut can drive the bearing seat to perform the lifting movement, and the roll gap is adjusted finally.
The second problem is the assembly of the rolling system. The most important part is the entire application of the bearing. Although the four-row short cylindrical bearing has a longer service life and the entire bearing capacity is very large. However, it cannot effectively withstand the axial force, because it is still necessary to select a double-row angular contact ball bearing. Because the entire outer ring of the four-row short cylindrical bearing can be freely taken out, the entire inner ring can be sleeved on the roll neck of the roll in advance, and the outer ring can be inserted into the bearing seat, and then the bearing seat is directly pushed onto the roll neck and the inner ring cooperates with each other.
It can be seen from the entire transfer process that the bearings in the rolling mills have a relatively good bearing capacity, and the concentrated load is directly discarded, so the rolling mill bearings can be maximized in service life.
