The Features Of Induction Furnace

 

The induction furnace is an electrical furnace in which the heat is applied by induction heating of metal. It is divided into two types: coreless induction furnace and channel induction furnace. The capacities of Induction furnace from less than one kilogram to more than one hundred tons. And it is used to melt iron and steel, copper, aluminum and precious metals.

Therefore, ordinary workers can do forge work in ten minutes. Don't worry about the waste caused by power failure or equipment trouble. Because of the rapid heating speed and little oxidation, the material utilization rate can reach up to 95%.
