The rolling mill gripping shear is composed of support base, the main machine of shearing and cylinder, located in the entrance of the pre-finishing mill and finishing mill. It is used to protect the pre-finishing mill and finishing mill by cutting off the rolled piece and stop further feeding into the mill once there is an operation failure.
